The location of this hotel so close to which was amazing-Big Wood Bar BBQ and stores and hiking trails was comfy and great. Asked for a twin room and it was clean and cozy with refrigerator😃

We got a room with bathtubs. Booked it for US$ 81.

The night manager -- Carol -- went above and beyond to prepare a suite for us when our room reservation did not get forwarded to the hotel.

(1) Make sure reservations go through (2) The breakfast area was way to small to accommodate the volume. I guess there's little that can be done about this.

Great hotel that has magnificent location on a Japanese commuter train. Perfectly clean room plus a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator. A huge variety of GOOD food for meals. Location right by stores.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast. It was deliciously fresh, with both hot and cold options! Plus, the dining area was kept amazingly clean, a rarity. I mean, you don't often come across someone who pays that much attention to detail in hotels. And yeah, we even splashed around in the pool one afternoon, had it all to ourselves.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still, I guess you get what you pay for.

I was traveling with my 83 yr old mother. Our room was to be up stairs. Instead it was changed to the bottom room directly behind the office. The room very clean and the comfort of the bed was great. Breakfast was good, had more than just cereal, danishes, etc. there was more and someone there actually keeping it stocked and clean.

noise of people coming in and slamming car doors, beeping there horn, talking like there were no others in the place when every parking spot was taken , that was the first night.

I had a pleasant stay, enjoying a clean and spacious room. The front desk staff proved attentive, contributing to my positive experience. There could be more accessible seating in common areas. I appreciated the hospitality offered .

Room temperature was hard to get just right and there was a little noise from the street

I had a pleasant stay with clean, modern furnishings and a great breakfast selection. The waffles were a highlight, and the room's vinyl plank floors added a nice touch. However, the bathroom was smaller than expected from the photos.
